The ideal candidate will possess a high level of property expertise, with a strong background in managing and overseeing activities relating to property interests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing, ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements.
* Provide strategic advice on property matters to internal stakeholders, aligning property decisions with business objectives and long-term asset planning.
* Oversee the performance of the property portfolio, including financial analysis and risk management.
* Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to facilitate approvals, negotiations, and project deliverables related to property.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Property Law, or relevant experience.
* Minimum 10 years of experience within the property industry or management of a property portfolio.
* Strong understanding of the property industry and property law.
* Highly developed commercial negotiation skills.
* Strong relationship management and influencing capabilities.
