We are looking for multiple experienced Civil Plant Operators such as: GPS operators (Excavator, Dozer, Grader), Moxy, Roller, Loader, Skid + Skilled Labourers required for one of my clients who specialises in Subdivisions, Bulk Earthworks & Road Works.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES:
* Trimming verge and road reserves to finish level
* Box outs for kerb, crossover, or service trenches
* Cutting to levels for stormwater, sewer, or NBN conduits
* Working around live services or completed sections of the subdivision
* Supporting pipe crews or drainage teams by spot digging
* Backfill trenches and other earthworks areas to spec
* Trim batters and pads for final inspections or compaction
* Carry out clean-up cuts around services and structures like pits, manholes, or retaining walls
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Minimum 1 year experience operating Excavators
* Prefered experience operating machines with GPS Topcon, Trimble or UTS system
* License + Car - Some of our projects are hard to reach so we require you to have reliable transport to get to site
* High attention to detail and patience
* Strong understanding of levels, fall, and GPS technology (GPS not essential)
* Ability to work independently and think ahead
* Good communication and teamwork
This is a TEMP TO PERM opportunity (reviewed at 3 and 6 months), increasing pay rates once set milestones are achieved. This is an ongoing position where you will be working 10 hour days, 5/6 days per week.
