About the Role Reporting to the HSEQ Manager the role is a key part of the HSE Team providing safety guidance and leadership across the business. Key Responsibilities Maintain WHP Compliance records and manage the Myosh Safety System Chair Monthly Safety Committee Meetings Conduct workplace Inspections Lead Toolbox Meetings Assist with Risk Assessments Support New employee Onboarings Assist in Maintaining Staff Safety Training and Competency Records Educate Employees on Safe work Practices and Procedures Work closely with department managers to embed a strong safety culture Support continuous improvement initiatives in safety and risk management Essential Qualifications & Expereince Minimum 2 years expereince in a similar role First Aid Certificate & CPR Expereince in a manufacturing environment Certicate IV in OHS/WHS Familiarity with the Myosh Safety System Apply on line today or alternatively please contact Rita Briggs on 0417 165 227 for any additonal information
