Job Title: Experienced Perioperative Registered Nurses - Scrub/Scout

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in perioperative nursing. You will work closely with our surgical teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Facilitating surgeons within the theatre setting to provide excellent patient-centred care.
* Preparing operating theatres and patients for surgery, ensuring all documentation is completed.
* Achieving optimal patient outcomes throughout the patient journey and continuum of care.
* Demonstrating exceptional clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures and the management of patients seeking outstanding care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital perioperative setting.
* At least 2 years' recent Scrub/Scout experience.
* Relevant postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded although not essential.
* Ability to work in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
* A strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to role model and promote Mater values.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of different stakeholders both internally and externally at various levels.
