Our Sales Representatives and Business Development Executives play a critical role in bringing the Asahi portfolio to life in market. These field-based roles drive distribution, volume, profitability, and brand presence across defined customer territories.
You'll be on the frontline of execution, building strong customer relationships and ensuring our brands are visible, available, and winning at the point of sale. Working within structured call cycles, you'll support the delivery of the One Asahi strategy across our alcoholic and non-alcoholic portfolio.
Key Accountabilities
* Drive distribution, volume, and executional excellence across a multi-channel customer base
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular, meaningful engagement
* Execute agreed promotional programs, pricing, and trading terms in line with business priorities
* Identify growth opportunities across range, space, visibility, and promotional effectiveness
* Deliver disciplined call coverage and territory planning aligned to structured call cycles
* Monitor in-market performance, identify gaps, and take action to improve results
* Represent the Asahi portfolio with professionalism, credibility, and commercial acumen
About You
* Proven experience in field sales, account management, or business development
* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at store or venue level
* Commercial mindset with a strong focus on execution and follow-through
* Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role while contributing to a broader team
* Well organised with strong territory planning and time management skills
* FMCG, beverages, or route-to-market experience is beneficial but not essential
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within your territory
