Required Skills and Experience:
* Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering Drafting
* Multiple years of drafting experience on roads & highways projects (preferably in Vic)
* Advanced skills in MicroStation plus exposure to AutoCAD and BIM software (e.g. 3D modelling tools)
* Proficient in ProjectWise, Bluebeam; exposure to Revizto
* In-depth knowledge of Vic/TfV standards and drafting practices for transport infrastructure
Responsibilities:
* Drafting support for civil engineers on multiple transport & civil projects
* Prepare detailed civil drawings (roads, drainage, earthworks, pavements, utilities) using MicroStation and maintaining compliance with Vic/AS standards/WGA standards
* Implement design changes: track mark-ups, revisions, ensure documentation stays updated and accurate
* Coordinate with engineers & other disciplines to resolve drawing issues and maintain design consistency.
* Self-check work and participate in peer reviews to uphold drawing quality
* Promote innovation and support our development in digital engineering
