Role & Duties
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners
* Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
* Engage and liaise with prospective clients
* Prepare initial comparative market analyses
* Conduct property viewings and rental appraisals
* Ensure smooth and compliant handovers to the property management team
* Convert warm leads from the sales team into new managements
About You
This role is perfect for an experienced Real Estate BDM looking to take their career to the next level. * Current WA Real Estate Registration
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Must have industry relevant BDM experience
* In-depth knowledge of the Perth property market
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Professional presentation with strong communication abilities
* Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about real estate
