The Role
This casual position offers regular shifts, plus the opportunity to pick up additional hours in the future. You will be a key point of contact for patients and clinicians, playing a vital role in the smooth and professional operation of our Atherton clinic.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering exceptional front-desk customer service
* Managing bookings and responding to patient enquiries
* Processing payments and daily transaction reconciliation
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional clinic environment
* Assisting with general administrative and account processing tasks
* Laundering treatment towels and supporting daily clinic operations
* Providing reception cover during staff leave
About You
You will bring:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
* A friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
* Strong attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
* Reliability, flexibility, and a team-focused attitude
* Experience in healthcare or a clinical environment (preferred but not essential)
* Experience with practice management software (desirable)
