Your responsibilities include:
* Breaking down carcasses of lamb, beef and pork.
* Displaying and hygienically packaging meat for display window and wholesale customer.
* Assisting with inventory rotation, cleaning, and maintaining section hygiene.
* Assisting with small goods making.
* Engaging with customers as necessary to provide exceptional service.
This position offers a balance between independent and team collaboration, working alongside others. Overtime is available during peak periods, and the working hours include early starts and some weekend rotation.
