We're excited to welcome motivated candidates for the entry-level position of Business Development Manager at Hai Money. This role reports to the Head of Growth & Strategy and is perfect for individuals looking to kick-start their careers.

Your primary responsibility will be broker recruitment, involving the active sourcing, engagement, and onboarding of brokers - whether new to the mortgage industry or already aligned with other aggregators. Success in this role will be marked by your ability to expand our broker network by bringing in ambitious professionals who can harness our aggregator platform to grow their business.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and target potential mortgage brokers and lenders to expand our aggregator network.
* Onboard brokers to the Hai Money platform, meeting KPIs set by the Manager.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers to ensure ongoing engagement and loyalty.
* Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
* Provide ongoing support and act as the primary point of contact for brokers, addressing inquiries, sharing information, and facilitating their business development.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the mortgage industry.
* Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and services.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure effective service delivery to clients.
* Drive business growth by expanding the broker network and meeting loan volume targets.
Requirements
* Some experience as a Mortgage Broker or Non Bank BDM.
* Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry.
* Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* An established network of finance brokers and/or lenders in the mortgage broking sector is highly desirable.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Familiarity with Asian culture.
