**The opportunity**:
Our team in Queensland has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis.
In this role you'll be responsible for providing support to the Head of Facilities and Regional Facilities team. You will coordinate projects, provide reporting and administrative support and oversee the work order management system.
In this Facilities Coordinator position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments, such as Finance, Property, Central Operations and WHS, to ensure all business needs are met and compliance is being adhered too.
**Key duties and responsibilities**:
- Administration of work order management system - Including the setup of planned maintenance work orders, asset updates and new logins for technicians and contractors
- The development of work order management procedures and training packs for stakeholders
- Contractor and technician setup & administration in work order management system
- Administration and support of capital works projects
- Preparing document control templates and working with business stakeholders on forms, procedures and other documentation
- Coordination of fleet vehicle data with leasing provider

- Have effective communication skills both written and verbal and natural ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Have strong organisational and prioritisation skills in coordinating the work order management system
- Be confident managing and coordinating external contractors
- Have a passion for the fitness industry and a willingness to learn
**Skills/experience**:
- Previous administration experience.
- Knowledge of computer management systems for Facilities and/or Project planning
- Experience in using purchase order management systems
- Experience in the facilities, property or projects industry
