Inspirations Paint is Australia's leading Paint Specialists Franchise Group, servicing both the retail and trade markets. We are growing and always on the lookout for high calibre individuals to join our store teams. A permanent part‐time position is available at our Ballina (NSW) company store, and you may also be required to work at the Byron Bay store.
The current position is available for immediate start for an enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to develop their career. Store hours are 6:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday‐Friday and 7:00 am to 12:00 pm Saturday. You will be required to work Saturdays on rotation.

* Providing an exemplary customer experience to both retail and trade customers
* Tinting & mixing paint
* Following the "Inspirations Way"
* Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge in the areas of paint and protective coatings, while assisting with sales, stock control and merchandising
* Store presentation, stock management, housekeeping

* Demonstrated customer service with personalised customer focus
* Well presented both in appearance and communication
* Able to contribute and work in a team environment
* Proven sales experience and strong knowledge of paint and associated products
* Approachable, confident and energetic with a pleasant disposition and the ability to effectively deal with customer queries and/or complaints
* Attention to detail, initiative and the ability to learn new systems
* Honest, reliable and punctual
* This role involves heavy lifting up to 25 kg
