We are looking for a professional to assist in the delivery of building products and services to customers at our Trade Centre in Orange, NSW.
About the Position
This is a full-time role that involves working within a warehouse environment and reporting to a Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and provide support to customers across various channels.
* Assist with day-to-day activities within the store, including processing orders and managing stock inquiries.
* Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles is essential.
* Ability to handle sales transactions, process orders, and manage stock inquiries.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and basic computer skills.
* A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic are required.
* Familiarity with retail environments is highly desirable.
