* Technical Support: Regular visits to customer sites to develop technical solutions, offer best practice advice and services.
* Employee Engagement: Actively drive employee engagement and improvement using feedback, data analysis, and action planning.
* Safety Objectives: Manage and lead all safety objectives, including training for staff and reporting to senior leaders.
* Performance Metrics: Achieve budgeted sales and trading margin contribution targets.
Requirements
