The Role As Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making across the practice. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a small team (including offshore) and oversee all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, and systems governance. Lead and mentor a high performing finance team, both in Australia and offshore, providing professional development, training and support Oversee accurate and timely reporting of financial statements in accordance with AASB standards Manage month end, quarter end and year end close processes to meet business and stakeholder deadlines Conduct variance analysis and ad hoc analysis to identify insights and improvement areas Coordinate external audits and manage the process Strengthen internal financial controls and minimise errors and inefficiencies Continuously improve the financial processes Collaborate across the organisation to manage projects and internal systems Your Profile Be part of a forward thinking, growth focussed organisation that believes in personal and professional development of each and every member of its team.
