DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Transport Supervisor in AUS - Len Waters Estate, Aviation Road
The role:
* Supervise daily warehousing and transport operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards and customer requirements
* Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and dispatch activities
* Lead, coach, and support warehouse and transport teams to achieve productivity, safety, and service quality targets
* Allocate resources, assign tasks, and monitor individual and team performance
* Promote a positive, safety-focused, and performance-driven culture
* Managing Drivers, Trucks (fleet), Load allocating + scheduling, C.o.R for trucks & drivers
* Strong knowledge of Sydney metro / regional postcodes and road networks to maximise route optimisation and load optimisation on vehicles
* Travel to customer sites to oversee operational performance, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, safety, and service delivery
About you:
* Previous experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Warehouse environment in a Supervisor position
* Previous Experience in a warehouse environment particularly dispatch and stock control
* Ability to obtain and maintain Yellow Badge security clearance
* Working knowledge of Material Handling Equipment
A current Yellow Badge security clearance must be obtained and maintained during employment. This requirement is critical to meeting operational and security obligations within sensitive freight environments.
