Join theour client who are a federal gov agency, based in Sydney for a level 1 servicedesk analyst role. 
**Your new role** 
As an Information TechnologySupport Officer, you will:
- Provide IT support to theOffice and legal team in Sydney. 
- Edit multimedia content (audio& video). 
- Perform routine checks ofserver room infrastructure. 
- Support the IT Service Desk(Level 1 operations). 
- Assist in court with the eTrialSolution (eTS) setup and operation. 
- Install and maintain hardware(laptops, PCs, MFDs, telephones, video conferencing units, tablets). 
- Liaise with court staff and provide technical support during trials. 
- Ensure adherence to IT securitypolicies.
**What you'll need to succeed** 
- Must be Australian Citizen 
- Experience in IT support roles 
- Level 1. 
- Baseline security clearance (tobe obtained within 12 weeks of commencement).
