We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Stock Control Clerk to join our dynamic team at Harvey Norman Commercial Stapylton.
About the role
* Full-Time Role – Monday to Friday, no weekend work!
* Perform cyclic stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records
* Monitor and manage stock control BIN movements
* Process Customer returns to supplier (RMA's)
* Coordinate customer pick-ups and site transfers
* Analyse and troubleshoot supplier errors
* Actively maintain a strong product knowledge of goods being supplied
* Ensure professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Follow security procedures
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar capacity
* Forklift Licence
* Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Excel is an advantage
* Intermediate computer skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure
