Key Responsibilities:
* Manage tenant queries, concerns, complaints, and appeals.
* Represent at tribunal as required.
* Conduct regular property inspections.
* Refer tenants to support services.
* Monitor and manage tenancy budgets and financial targets.
* Maintain accurate tenant records.
* Ensure compliance with the Retirement Villages Act across allocated sites.
* Work collaboratively with Asset Management team.
* Develop and maintain relationships with external Real Estate Agents.
* Support vacancy management, refurbishment coordination, and re-letting of properties.
* Work with Social and Affordable Housing Fund team to meet contractual obligations.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in housing or property management.
* Proven ability to manage tenancies and provide customer service.
* Strong understanding of residential tenancy legislation, property compliance, and asset maintenance.
* Skilled in managing budgets, arrears, and financial targets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident in navigating complex organisations and building strong working relationships.
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
* Proficiency in using CRM or similar tenant management systems.
