People and Organisational Development Manager

Day to day duties

Required skills and qualifications

Skills

* Ability to work collaboratively across an organisation to identify people and organisational development priorities/implement appropriate solutions
* Highly effective influencing and negotiation skills
* Ability to effectively communicate in writing, verbally, and through active listening with a diverse group of staff, students and stakeholders
* Ability to use a range of IT/ICT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks through to completion within prescribed deadlines
* High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to provide a responsive and professional level of customer service at all times

Education

* English and maths GCSE grade C/4 or above/willingness to obtain, or equivalent skill level
* Level 7 Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Qualification
* Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD)
* Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
