Your Key Responsibilities
* Technical Issue Resolution — Provide troubleshooting and diagnostic support for system failures.
* IT Helpdesk Support — Address client IT concerns via chat, email, phone, or on-site visits.

* System & Network Monitoring — Ensure network connectivity, uptime, and security compliance.

* Security & Compliance — Implement cybersecurity best practices to prevent IT vulnerabilities.
* Documentation & Reporting — Maintain detailed records of IT issues, solutions, and preventive measures.
