This is an on-site position in our office in Balcatta. Parking is provided.
About the role
Administration and bookkeeping support
Liaising with clients and accountants
Reconciling bank accounts
Onboarding employees, processing payroll, and superannuation
Financial reporting
Accounts payable and receivable, including bill entry and invoicing.
Prepare BAS and IAS
General administrative tasks
Skills and experience
3+ years previous experience working in a similar bookkeeping practice.
MYOB, Xero are a must
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, fairwork and payroll compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Highly motivated;
Have a strong work ethic and enjoy working hard;
Attention to detail when completing all tasks;
A eagerness to keep learning;
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
