Company Summary:
I've partnered with a prestigious Tier 1 head contractor with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 40 years of proven success delivering projects up to $1bn+, specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful start to 2025 and gearing up for a busy end to 2025, with work secured until 2032.
They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C; being a big focus they are looking for a seasoned skilled with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include large, luxurious apartment towers over $100m+.
After newly award project wins, my client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Brisbane team!
Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:
- 10 + years of experience in the role
- Numerous $100m+ completed projects.
- Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
- Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
- Strong past tenure with employers.
- Team player who loves a challenge!

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.
Your Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
- Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
- Ideally 10 years + industry experience running your own projects between $100m - $250m+
