Project Director Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our team of construction professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Job Responsibilities:
o Manage all stakeholder relationships to ensure a high level of performance in relation to time, cost, and quality requirements;
o Develop and implement project plans to achieve current and future project objectives;
o Deliver high-quality service in consideration of time and cost constraints;
o Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality and time requirements;
o Assist with the development and implementation of project programs, including concept planning, design, implementation, and close-out phases;
o Administer contracts, including invoices, reports, and other deliverables within deadlines;
o Participate in project and process audits;
o Contribute to business development and conversion activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Project Director or similar role;
* Strong leadership and management skills;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
* Familiarity with project management tools and techniques;
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
