Baker

Vasse Bakery is looking for a Baker to join our busy team. This full‐time position is located in a brand‐new bakery with a great team.

• Prepare breads ready to bake off
• Calculate dough weights for following day production
• Mix, knead, and fold doughs
• Mix ciabatta, brioche, and gluten‐free doughs for same day production
• Load ovens to bake the daily bread for café and wholesale clients
• Divide and weigh doughs
• Shape and hand roll doughs
• Prepare cakes, sweet loaves, muffins, etc.

• Related Cert III or at least 2 years of related work experience
