We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to be based in Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for :

The key responsibilities include :
">
">
* Promoting, selling & educating on Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm management products & services across the assigned territory hospital network.
">
* Working with the team to achieve sales revenue targets by developing or strengthening relationships with clinical stakeholders and through effective sales & service strategies.
">
* Acting as Medtronic's primary liaison and being the preferred partner for patient care.
">
* Understanding the clinical and service needs of customers and providing highest level of clinical service and technical support to customers while seeking out efficiency.
">
* Ensuring the highest level of clinical, technical and sales knowledge is attained and maintained.
">
* Collaborating with other Clinical Territory Managers (CTM), Clinical Specialists (CS), and Business Development Managers (BDM) to assist in the execution on business plans.
">
* Buidling an awareness and accessing key influencers, key hospital stakeholders and leveraging relationships to execute on account strategies.
">
* Supporting clinical study activities in conjunction with the Clinical Research Manager.
">
* Monitoring field inventory effectively to ensure appropriate levels of inventory in each location relative to demand.
">
">
Required Knowledge and Experience
">
You must possess :
">
">
* A Bachelors Degree in nursing, general science, business or similar.
">
* Significant experience in clinical cardiac sales, account planning, territory management and forecasting.
">
* Demonstrated experience with cardiac pacing devices.
">
* Ability to travel up to 25%, valid driver's license required.
">
