The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barber to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant and supportive environment, providing top-notch grooming services to our valued clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of barbering services, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the shop.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional haircuts and beard trims.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired style and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Sterilize tools and equipment regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Open and close the shop as required.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Barber (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Certificate III in Barbering or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent cutting and styling skills for a variety of hair types and styles.
- Proficiency in beard trimming and shaping techniques.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A passion for barbering and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to barbering.

Working Hours
