Job Summary

The Meat Department Supervisor is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the meat department, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business results. This position requires strong supervisory skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

About the Role:

* Develops and implements strategies to improve department performance and customer satisfaction.
* Coaches and directs meat department personnel to achieve sales goals and maintain high-quality standards.
* Monitors employee performance and provides constructive feedback to promote teamwork and accountability.
* Participates in employment processes, including hiring, promotions, and terminations.
* Implements safety procedures and maintains a clean and organized work environment.
* Assists with inventory management, ordering, and receiving merchandise.
