About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Participant Support Officer to join our dynamic team, providing essential support to participants and ensuring smooth service delivery.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent customer service, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will have experience in customer service, administration, or community services, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve participant matters in line with relevant guidelines.
* Provide front-desk support, assisting with participant inquiries at self-help kiosks and online portals.
* Respond to customer inquiries, offering information and referrals to government and community services.
* Manage the team's shared email inbox, appointments, and telephone inquiries.
* Coordinate participant appointments, ensuring accessibility of facilities.
* Conduct research, prepare reports, and handle correspondence.
* Perform data entry tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Record and manage complaints and feedback in business systems.
About You
* You will have experience working in administration and/or customer service space.
* Australian citizenship is required.
