Job Description
We are seeking an efficient and professional Personal Assistant to provide administration support to the Emergency Medicine team.
* The role involves coordinating meetings, maintaining diaries, attending to payroll functions, managing leave forms, and preparing emails and documentation to a high standard.
* You will be responsible for maintaining staff records, including in-services, mandatory training, performance development reviews, licensing, contracts, and presentation and rosters.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite, calendar management systems, payroll, file management systems, and email.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
* Administrative experience with the ability to take minutes and format complex business documents.
* Ability to work unsupervised, self-directed work practices, and meet strict deadlines.
* Flexibility, prioritization of a diverse workload, and execution of duties with attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work cooperatively in a team.
* High computer literacy, proficient keyboard skills, and superior competency in MS-Office (Word and Excel), email, and electronic file management.
