Full time role : based at the Cronulla office (Sutherland Shire)

**Office based in Cronulla (Sutherland Shire)**
This role requires someone with exceptional skills in setting up and running an office, as well as organisational skills managing the personal and business life of the 2 founding directors, as well as any operational office needs. **Duties include, but not limited to**:
**PA Duties**
- Managing calendar of Directors
- Personal errands for Directors
- Travel management of whole group
- Managing and coordinating all aspects of Director's meetings (presentation creation, booking restaurants or meeting rooms etc)
- Coordinating personal duties such as dry cleaning, lunch if necessary
**Office Duties**
- Creating and maintaining procedure manuals
- Passing on information requests to respective team members
- Kitchen/general office organisation and cleanliness of both offices until at new office
- Organising cleaners for regular office roster
- Management of Officeworks and Woolworth orders - monthly
- Manage supplier relationships for: uniforms, company merchandise, printers when required
- General office maintenance
- Website updates (media articles + other)
- Storage room and marketing collateral management
- File and database management
- Saving relevant files when requested from Directors
**Finance Duties**
- Processing expense claims
- Management of office/company expenses
- Providing company expense statements to Directors (including company credit card statements)
- Chasing and input of invoices
**Marketing Coordination**
- Proofing copy prior to gaining approval from Directors
- Proofing Social posts prior to gaining approval from Directors
- Working on all marketing collateral at a company level
- Organising and managing company events and participation in external events
- Organising and liaising with charity/community work

- Happy to manage lengthy admin and data entry duties

- Must be presentable
- Ability to set up effective processes and procedures, whilst maintaining for ongoing office efficiency
