The role Due to an internal transfer, we are seeking to appoint an Account Manager for the sales and marketing of Adbri Cement packaged products in SA Metro and Regional areas. The Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure successful and sustainable commercial outcomes for Adbri Cement. Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned customers. Plan and execute regular customer visitation in line with Salesforce CRM standards. Manage market opportunities and sales pipeline Monitor, review and provide monthly reports on market activity/share through sales reporting, meetings and Salesforce. Contribute to monthly forecasts and provide data on key volume or Price and Margin movements by customer and product. Maintain strong product knowledge. What you will need to succeed Well-developed business acumen Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on building relationships Confidence and self-motivation to achieve targets and identify opportunities for growth. Flexibility to travel regionally as required. Demonstrated experience in a sales role, preferably with exposure in SA’s building and hardware retail sectors.
