Employability Skills Trainer
The role of an Employability Skills Trainer is to empower individuals with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workforce.
We are seeking a dynamic professional to deliver coaching and mentoring services to our participants, assisting them in developing job-ready skills and becoming more competitive in the local labour market.
This is a Casual role, up to 35 hours Monday to Friday based in our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver coaching and mentoring services to create real opportunities for participants.
* Assist in developing job-ready skills, building confidence, and engaging with technology.
* Promote participants to potential employers.
* Adapt to the changing needs of participants.
* Follow established policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in coaching or training preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to promote participants to potential employers.
* Able to work unsupervised with strong time management skills.
