You will provide timely and effective email and phone management, including answering inquiries from future and in-house guest.
Along with the checking in and out of arriving and departing guest this role is essential for the smooth day to day running of the operation and integral in the guest experience.You'll face challenging situations that will call upon your problem solving skills and ability to be flexible and agile on the fly, whilst maintain integrity and reputation of our brand.What We Need From YouMinimum of 1 years' experience in same or similar rolePrevious experience using RMS9 and Cloud Hospitality Software is an advantageStrong ability to use basic Microsoft Office systemsThe ability to problem solveThe ability to be resourceful and self-sufficientCan anticipate needs, be agile and flexible to ensure deadlines are metStrong customer services skillsEffective and efficient time management skillsStrong written & verbal communication skills, with a focus on detailWhat's In It For YouCareer progression;Immediate start;A growing company with ongoing career opportunities;Central working location close to public transport;Modern work places with higher end product.
