Job Overview
We are now seeking to recruit a pro‐active Production/Filler Operator ready to make a positive impact on our team here at our Nambour site. The position is a full‐time permanent position. We require a team‐oriented, highly skilled operator who is self‐motivated, able to work shifts and overtime as required, and has a strong focus on safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate fill and pack production lines.
* Manage store rooms and stocktake multiple SKU's.
* Ensure adherence to GMP and HACCP principles.
* Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Previous experience in operating fill and pack production lines.
* Experience in storage, stock‐taking and managing multiple SKUs.
* Food industry experience.
* Ability to use SAP (preferred).
* Warehousing or food processing qualifications (advantageous).
* Excellent communication skills, sound numeracy, and literacy skills.
* Flexible and adaptable to work a variety of work rosters.
* Attention to detail and ability to build positive relationships and rapport within the business.
