Factory Worker
to join our team in Lynbrook, Victoria. This position will involve hands-on work in our manufacturing facility. As a Factory Worker, you will play a key role in supporting our production and installation processes and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
What you'll be doing
Aluminium frame cutting and assemble
Security Doors, Blinds, Curtains and shutters installation
Assisting with the operation of various machines and equipment in the production process
Performing manual tasks such as lifting, moving, and loading materials and finished goods
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to ensure efficient and safe operations
Following all safety protocols and procedures to minimise the risk of accidents or injuries
Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for process improvements
Reporting any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel
What we're looking for
Must have minimum one year experience of power tools like impact, driller, grinder and drop shaw
Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions effectively
Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Australian Current Full Driving License
A valid White Card would be an advantage
Full time work authorities in Australia
