Redefining Wine.Established in 2025 following the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, Vinarchy is an exceptional global wine company committed to redefining wine.Crafting extraordinary wines in Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Chile and the United States, and sharing them in almost every corner of the world, we are relentlessly innovative, ambitious and imaginative at every stage from grape to glass.About the Role As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce across our ANZ Supply Chain and Operations teams.Having ownership of the Supply Chain and Operations portfolio, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, lead high-volume hiring campaigns, and partner with stakeholders to deliver exceptional talent outcomes.This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a thriving, fast-paced environment where innovation and creativity are valued and celebrated.Key Responsibilities Include Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for Supply Chain and Operations roles across ANZManage high-volume hiring and seasonal campaigns, including assessment centresPartner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements and selection strategiesDeliver a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managersDevelop creative sourcing strategies and build proactive talent poolsConduct market research to inform recruitment strategies and workforce planningEnsure compliance with internal policies and employment legislationCollaborate with HR and business leaders to anticipate and meet hiring needsContribute to strategic talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain accurate records and support recruitment reporting and analyticsAbout Your Experience You’re a recruitment professional with a passion for people and the desire to drive process improvement and add value to your Supply Chain & Operations portfolio.You’ll also be able to demonstrate:3–5 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in both high-volume and specialist rolesProven experience managing assessment centres (essential)Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skillsThe ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines with easeA proactive, results-driven mindset and a collaborative approachExperience in internal recruitment and/or agency environmentsWillingness to travel regionally as required (must have valid Drivers License)Why Join Us?
