We're currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Maitland.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide approximately 15 hours of hands-on, person-centered support to clients each week
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of support workers
* Conduct performance reviews and assist with staff inductions
* Support recruitment activities including phone screening and interviews
* Ensure ongoing compliance with company policies and safeguarding standards
What We're Looking For
* 2–3 years of experience in a support worker role
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability, or a Diploma in Community Services
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting others
* Confidence in managing challenging situations in a professional manner
