Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms
* Support travel inquiries, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests
* Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and internal processes
* Monitor upcoming trips and follow up with clients when needed
* Respond to questions or concerns professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
