We are seeking a dedicated Catering Operator to contribute directly to patient care through quality food service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have catering experience and basic knowledge of Food Safety and Infection Control Standards. Key skills include the ability to prepare vegetables, meat, salads, sandwiches, and toast as well as operate kitchen equipment and ensure food trays and trolleys are ready for service.
Responsibilities
* Prepare vegetables, meat, salads, sandwiches, and toast to meet high standards of taste and presentation.
* Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, dishwashers, and refrigerators in a safe and efficient manner.
* Ensure that all food trays and trolleys are clean, organized, and ready for service at all times.
* Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment, adhering to Food Safety and Infection Control Standards.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and provide excellent customer service.
