YEC is seeking an Admin Assistant to support our Executive Team and keep our Perth office running at its best.

Overview
YEC is a 50/50 partnership between the Yindjibarndi Aboriginal Corporation (YAC) and ACEN Corporation, delivering one of Australia's largest Indigenous‐led renewable energy initiatives. Projects will be developed across Yindjibarndi Ngurra, 13,000 km2 of Yindjibarndi Country in the Pilbara, ensuring Yindjibarndi ownership, participation, and local benefit throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Executive & Admin Support
o Provide day‐to‐day support to the Executive Team
o Manage diaries, meetings, scheduling and follow‐up actions
o Coordinate domestic travel and accommodation
o Prepare and format reports, briefs and presentations
o Manage confidential information respectfully
* Office Operations (Perth & Karratha)
o Support smooth daily office operations
o Be first point of contact for visitors and enquiries
o Manage procurement, office supplies and asset registers
o Support onboarding, inductions and office set‐ups
o Maintain administrative and document management systems
* Travel, Events & Coordination
o Organise meetings, workshops and staff events
o Liaise with venues, suppliers and travel providers
o Assist employees with travel changes and queries
* Document & Reporting Support
o Assist with formatting and brand consistency
o Support tender and corporate documentation
o Maintain SharePoint libraries and templates
* HR & People Support
o Assist with HR admin and onboarding activities
o Support DEI, culture and social committee initiatives
* General Administration
o Assist with credit card reconciliation and invoices
o Raise purchase orders and set up vendors in MYOB Acumatica
o Liaise with corporate service providers
You Will Be a Strong Fit If You Have
* Experience in administration, EA or office coordination
* Strong organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage confidential information
* Experience supporting senior leaders
* Commitment to contributing to a culturally safe, inclusive workplace
* Experience in corporate or professional services environments
* Experience coordinating events or supporting board processes
* Cultural competence and/or experience working with Indigenous organisations
We recognise skills gained through community roles, cultural leadership, volunteering and family or organisational responsibilities as valuable experience. Training in systems like MYOB Acumatica and SharePoint will be provided.
