This role will focus on the local Western Australian and wider Australian market.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who can work as a trusted advisor to clients, not just a sales representative.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 12 months of experience as a recruiter in a recruitment agency in Australia.
They will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, building trust and strong relationships with clients and candidates.
The candidate will also need to attract and manage talent, using online advertising, Seek Talent and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Maintaining compliance updates on our CRM is also essential.
The successful candidate will be agile, adaptable to changing recruitment methods and able to grow client and candidate bases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stakeholder engagement: clients, candidates, and internal staff.
* Building trust and strong relationships, developing personal brand.
* Supporting clients in filling permanent or fixed-term roles.
* Growing client and candidate bases.
* Maintaining compliance updates on our CRM.
Benefits:
* $65K to $85K base salary (dependent on experience) + Super (all earnings)
* An exceptional commission structure (30%-50%)
* First Year OTE ($120K-$180K)
