With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence, they are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join their head office team based in Sydney's Inner West.

The Role
Reporting directly to senior management, the Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of the business and supporting strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
Managing the company's financial operations, reporting, and controlsPreparing monthly management reports, forecasts, and cash flow analysisOverseeing budgeting and cost control across multiple commercial projectsProviding financial insights to project and senior management teamsManaging compliance, tax obligations, and statutory reportingLiaising with external accountants, auditors, and financial stakeholdersImproving financial systems, processes, and internal controls
About You:
Proven experience as a Financial Manager or Senior AccountantPrevious experience within construction desirable.Experience using Jobpac.Strong understanding of project cost control, WIP, and cash flow managementCA or CPA qualification (or near completion)Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, hands-on approach with strong commercial acumenFull Australian working rights
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of $130,000 - $160,000+ superannuation.
