Dermal Therapist (Laser Experienced) – Independent Clinical Role | Malvern
Are you an experienced Dermal Therapist who enjoys working autonomously within a structured, professional clinic?
We are seeking a confident and self-motivated Dermal Therapist to join our established Malvern practice. This is an independent clinical role, ideal for someone who can manage their own clients and workload while remaining accountable to the practice, clinic protocols, and management.
You will work Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
Dermatologists are onsite on Tuesdays only. On Mondays and Fridays, you will work independently, with ongoing communication with dermatologists expected via phone, email and clinical documentation as required.
While this role offers a high level of autonomy, it is not unstructured — set hours, clear expectations, and regular communication with the Practice Manager are core to the position.

About You
* Qualified Dermal Therapist with solid dermal experience
* Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical or cosmetic setting
* Laser experience is essential (vascular, pigment and hair removal)
* Confident conducting consultations and developing individualised treatment plans
* Comfortable working independently while adhering to clinic policies and procedures
* Organised, reliable, and communicative
* Motivated to grow and responsibly manage your own client books
* Professional, warm, and results-driven

Your Role Will Include
* Performing advanced skin treatments including laser, peels, LED, needling and RF
* Managing your own daily treatment list within agreed clinic hours
* Conducting thorough consultations and maintaining accurate clinical records
* Building long-term client relationships through education and consistency
* Communicating regularly with the Practice Manager
* Liaising with dermatologists as required
