Job Description
The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in executive search or mid-senior level recruitment, preferably in finance or FS. They will possess strong commercial drive and ambition to build a high-performing desk, with the ability to win new business and grow a client portfolio.
* Manage a full 360 desk, responsible for both delivery and new business development
* Partner with PE firms and operating partners on retained and contingent mandates
* Place CFOs and CFO-1s into private equity portfolio companies across the U.S.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The selected candidate will need:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage senior stakeholders within PE funds and their portfolio companies
* Experience managing a 360 desk with a focus on both client development and delivery
