About the role
This leadership role sits within the in house Marketing Department. You will report to senior management and lead brand strategy, campaign execution, and agent support. You will manage digital content, mentor creatives, and drive innovation across all marketing channels.
Duties
• Lead brand aligned campaigns across digital and print
• Manage social media strategy and content creation
• Oversee brand consistency across all marketing assets
• Support agents with listing campaigns and personal branding
• Direct photo/video content and supplier relationships
Skills & experience
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or Design
• Experience in a creative or brand-focused role
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Knowledge of digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Suite, SEO)
