About the Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant for Supply Chain, Accounting & Analytics, and Operations Specialist, you will report directly to the Store Manager and be responsible for:
* Welcome customers to the store and make them feel comfortable.
* Book vehicles in for inspections and/or repairs with the understanding that this function is vital to the growth and success of the Store.
* Carry out vehicle repairs as directed in a professional, efficient, and accurate manner, including double checking of repairs carried out.
* Train Technicians to prepare and record accurately all information on job cards.
* Providing hands-on support in the workshop when required.
* Assist the Store Manager in achieving monthly sales budgets.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience as an Automotive Technician and hold a Trade Qualification.
* Be able to meet KPI's and future business opportunities both in Trade and retail customers.
* Be able to run a successful workshop and demonstrate to management that you can successfully run the store in their absence.
