This is an in-office role for initial training and onboarding.
Once trained, the role transitions to a hybrid or work-from-home setup.

You will connect and work with real estate agencies across Australia, helping them leverage our offshore talent in the Philippines.
You will receive full training on our systems, processes, client journey, and service delivery model.
You will learn how our offshore teams enhance growth, reduce operational pain points, and create scale for real estate agencies.
You will be supported by leaders who have run offshore operations for over a decade and who built one of the best workplace cultures in Southeast Asia.

What You Will Do
Engage with real estate agencies nationwide
Conduct discovery and needs analysis discussions
Educate clients on how offshore staffing supports their growth
Match agencies to the right offshore talent
Support the onboarding and handover to service delivery teams
Maintain accurate records in our CRM
Experience with real estate CRM systems is required
Attend internal training and coaching sessions
Represent the business at industry events, networking functions, and occasional international travel
About You
Experience working in a real estate agency in either sales or property management
Minimum 2 years of real estate agency experience is required
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with business owners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude with a genuine can-do approach
Motivated by results and earning uncapped commissions
Career driven and eager to build expertise in business development
Enjoys working in a supportive, fun, high performing team
Willing to travel when required
Travel is expected twice yearly for business purposes
Australian work rights are required for this position
