This is an outstanding and rare opportunity to join this small, dedicated team of bookkeepers, who love working together as they enjoy the team culture and working Full-Time hours over a 4 day week.
The Position
This is a full-time entry-level on-site position with the opportunity to learn and develop.
You will be responsible but not limited to payroll, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, profit and loss reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll tax, superannuation and general administrative duties such as filing, answering the phones to maintain this small office on a day-to-day basis.
If you consider yourself to have a can-do attitude, crazy about attention to detail, great communications skills and is efficient and organised but also have the following attributes:
· The ability and willingness to learn new software and keep up to date with technology
· The ability to adapt to and develop new procedures
· Has an excellent work ethic and a proven ability to problem solve
· Can take ownership and work with several clients at one given time and maintain their books from A-Z
· Possesses integrity, initiative and strong client service focus with the ability to work independently and not afraid to ask questions
· Has great people skills and is able to get along well within a small team environment
