The Corporate Counsel – Regulatory Affairs provides legal advice and guidance on regulatory, compliance, and enforcement matters across Optus, covering telecommunications, consumer law, privacy, and risk management.
The role supports a multi-year program to enhance regulatory processes, manage external lawyers as needed, and ensures compliance with laws, industry codes, and critical infrastructure obligations.
In addition, the Counsel works closely with business stakeholders and the Regulatory morning and afternoon
